AQUA 2000 Nova 5 Star

Osmosis is a natural process by which the wall of living cells allow only selected materials to pass through them.

Reverse osmosis is the process by which ordinary tap water is forced through a membrane to produce water that is clean, clear and tastes great.

In the Aqua 2000 Nova 5 Star, water first passes through an efficient pre-filter that removes the larger particles of dirt and debris. Following the first is another filter of even smaller porosity that filters finer particles that the first filter might have missed. Then, the water is literally squeezed though microscopic pores in the reverse osmosis membrane. This process eliminates up to 99% of the impurities. Next, the water passes through a carbon post filter that removes objectionable tastes and odors from the water. The filtered water is then stored in a vessel and remains there until you press the separate reverse osmosis faucet on top of your sink. When the water leaves the tank, it passes through a final Toxic Contaminant Removal filter to assure you of the highest quality water for all your drinking and cooking needs.

The carbon that Aqua 2000 uses in its Orion Activated Carbon System is a blend of the finest carbons available to ensure long life and peak performance.
